Three Board of Directors members will be elected on
May 6.
If you would like to use a mail-in ballot in this election,
you'll need to request an absentee ballot. A mail-in ballot will not be sent to all voters as in a regular election. Ballots can be requested in one of these ways:
1. Call the District at 970-224-5209 and provide your name, address, and year of birth.
- OR -
2. Visit the Health District Website to
download an application here. Applications can be returned through the mail, email, or in person.
The DEADLINE TO REQUEST A BALLOT is Tuesday, April 29, by 5:00 PM.
Absentee ballots will be mailed out on April 14.
Completed ballots need to be returned by May 6 at 7:00 PM.
