LWVCO has joined a coalition called Courageous Colorado being led by Dr. Landon Mascarenaz, the end purpose of which is to develop a 2030 Local and Statewide Action Roadmap.

To accomplish this, sessions will be held across the state to engage communities in deep listening, shared learning, and collective vision-setting. Through a structured series of local gatherings and a statewide convening, this initiative seeks to surface key priorities, foster new coalitions, and lay the foundation for a long-term action policy and legislative agenda leading up to 2030.

And these listening sessions are coming to Fort Collins! A healthy democracy needs to hear from all voices! In these times filled with so much negativity and ugliness, these sessions offer a chance for Coloradans to add their two cents into how we can further strengthen and protect Colorado and maintain our place as one of the most progressive (as in: focused on forward progress) states in our nation, may she continue to stand.
