Making Democracy Work: It Takes All of US
LWVLC ANNUAL MEETING!
Each of you is a voting delegate at our local level Annual Meeting. We need your voice to participate and to make a quorum for the voting. We are planning an informative and exciting evening. Here are some bites for you to chew on.
You will take part in discussions about some agenda items from the floor, but you must be there virtually from your home by ZOOM or in-person where that group will be connected through a group connection. However you choose to participate, please register from the calendar. If you come in person, ignore the zoom link.
Our Program will begin with the theme: Collaboration On Interconnected Issues.
Business Meeting:
You will be asked to vote on the funding and the members who will support the actions of our interconnected Teams and Board of Directors.
You will meet the nominees for the Board of Directors who will be replacing the 2 members who are leaving; 3 members are continuing or renewing their tenure on the Board; nominations will be taken from the floor, but the nominee must have given his/her prior approval to accept the consideration.
You have the option to attend this ZOOM meeting from your home or at the in-person Our Saviours Lutheran Church, 2000 S. LeMay, Fort Collins. If you are planning to attend in person, please contact Linda Mahan in this event's contact list.
Social time will begin at 6:00pm at the church and on Zoom as well. The meeting will begin at 6:30pm.
