Great Decisions Discussions Roll On

For over 60 years, Great Decisions has given an inspiring example of the role citizens can play in discovering, discussing, and deciding how to meet some of the world’s greatest challenges, and for 15 years, the League of Women Voters of Larimer County has been a Great Decisions participant.  The International Relations Team coordinates these ongoing discussions.

The remaining Great Decisions topics for 2017 are:

  • Trade and Politics
  • Conflict in the South China Sea
  • Saudi Arabia in Transition
  • U.S. Foreign Policy and Petroleum
  • Latin America’s Political Pendulum
  • Prospects for Afghanistan and Pakistan
  • Nuclear Security
We invite you to join us for Great Decisions discussions, the first Monday of the month in February – June and October – December from 11:30 – 1:30 at the Plymouth Congregational Church (916 W Prospect Rd, Fort Collins). Guests are always welcome and attendees may bring a brown bag lunch.
The next meeting will be February 6, mark your calendar now!

Great Decisions briefing books are $25.  Contact Kay Easley to purchase a book.   Books will be available for pick up at Program Planning on January 10.  After January 10, books can be picked up from Kay Easley in Fort Collins or from Linda Hutchinson in Loveland. Please make checks payable to LWV-LC and write a memo on your check that the books are for Great Decisions.  The books are payable on receipt.

With this great slate of topics, you don’t want to miss the opportunity to save and secure your briefing book.
